Where to buy

We sell online and offer worldwide delivery. If you prefer to shop at Etsy, we invite you to explore offerings in our Etsy shop.

How to shop on

To make purchases on you do not need to register. You can also create an account to access exclusive services dedicated to our customers. You will be sent a confirmation email to the address provided when creating your account.

How to place an order?

To place an order, select the desired colour and size of the product you want to purchase and then add the product to your bag. You can modify or validate your basket before making your payment. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “Checkout”. You can log in, register or continue as a guest. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your delivery details. Please, check that the information you entered is correct and click “Buy”.

How will I know if you received an order?

After making a purchase on you will receive an email confirming your order within several minutes. When your order is delivered, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track the delivery of your package.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order may be changed once it’s been submitted.

Gift Certificates

Purchasing a gift card sends an email with a unique gift card code to you or their recipient. You can print gift card codes, but they aren't available as physical, plastic cards.


Do you deliver to my country?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. The exceptions are certain places on the Earth. Usually you know that you are in such a place. If you are in such a place, contact us and we will try to find a way to arrange delivery to you.

How much do I pay for delivery?

Our delivery cost may differ depending on the destination country and the weight of the ordered items.
Add the desired product to the cart and enter your address on the order page to find out the exact shipping cost.

When will I receive my order?

We produce a product for you after ordering. The regular production and processing time is between 2–15 business days, however we usually ship our products within 5 business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

The delivery time may differ depending on the country.

How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

Please note that delivery outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) could incur customs charges and all applicable duties shall be borne directly by the customer. We ship from Poland. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay duties and taxes on international orders. Make sure to understand if you have to pay any additional duties and taxes in your country before making a purchase.

Can I collect my order in a store?

Unfortunately, at this moment there is no possibility of collecting your order in a store.


What payment methods does accept? accepts most of popular payment cards (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc.).
Also, you can easily and securely pay with Apple Pay using a supported device.
Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order lets you exclusively reserve a limited product that will become available at a later date.

When will my pre-order ship?

The estimated delivery date is noted for each pre-order item on the product page. You will also receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is delivered.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item?

You can return most items purchased on within 14 days of the delivery date. Items on sale or from the Outlet category cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

If you would like to return a product, please contact us and we’ll send you further instructions.

Please note that the costs and risks pertaining to the return of items are borne by the sender.

How do I exchange an item?

Should you be interested in a different size, colour or style, please contact us to check the product availability. If this item is available as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.

When do I get my refund?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your return has been accepted and your refund has proceeded.
